WHAT TO EXPECT

Sunday Service is where we gather together for worship and receive Bible teaching. It’s the place where we're reminded of what is true, and where we're spurred on to live out what we believe the other six days of the week. It is also where we can invite friends to hear the simple truth about who Jesus is and what he's done for them.

Before the Service

There's no need to dress up; feel free to come in casual clothes. When you walk in, people will greet you and be friendly but not invade your space. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby, as well as donuts before and after the service. You are welcome to bring your food and drinks into the auditorium.

Kids and Youth

We also have an excellent kids program with trusted and trained workers where your children can learn about Jesus in an age-appropriate way and in a safe and exciting environment. We are open to receiving your kids 15 minutes prior to the service, and you can go to the Welcome Center to find out where they should go. Visit the Kids & Youth page.

During the Service

Worship

We start our service with worship by singing songs to God. The worship music is current, ranging from modern hymns to gospel songs. Some respond naturally to God's presence by raising hands, kneeling, clapping, or crying. We just want you to worship in a manner that's real; for us at Foundation, this means heartfelt responses to the Living God.

Offering

We set aside time during our service for those who would like to give to God's church. If you are visiting there is absolutely no obligation to give.

You can also give via the following options:

ONLINE WITH TITHE.LY

Tithe.ly is a convenient way to give your tithe. Download the Tithe.ly app, create your account, search for Foundation Church, and give.

ONLINE BILL PAY

Bill pay allows your bank to mail a check directly to Foundation Church.

Teaching

After announcements, one of our pastors will teach from the English Standard Version of the Bible (if you don't own a Bible, we give them away free at the Welcome Center). Because we believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, we teach from a biblical text rather than teaching our own opinion. We aim to teach the Bible in a way that is clear and understandable to all, regardless of church experience, and also in a way that challenges us to put it into practice.

Prayer

As the last worship song plays at the conclusion of the service, those who want prayer will be invited forward and someone from our prayer team will pray for you. Nobody will pressure you to go forward to receive prayer, but the opportunity is there if you have things you'd like God's help with.

After the Service

The service lasts for about an hour and 20 minutes. Please feel free to hang out and meet people. We would definitely like to meet you! For parents, please pick up your kids within 20 minutes of the service ending.
