Justin Major
Lead Pastor
Justin moved from Carbondale in 2003 to help start Foundation Church. He became a full time staff pastor in September 2006 and became lead pastor in May 2013. His responsibilities include casting the overall vision of Foundation, teaching and preaching, overseeing staff, and leader development. He and his wife, Tabitha, have been married since 2004, and they have three children.
Brandon Betts
Staff Pastor
Brandon came on as a staff pastor the Fall of 2019. His responsibilities include leading the Tuesday Discipleship Community and overseeing university student involvement.
Joe Neylon
Staff Pastor/Youth Leader
Joe started attending Foundation in 2012. He was brought on staff in the Fall of 2019. He and his wife, Naomi, have been married since 2018. Joe leads the Thursday Discipleship Community and serves as the youth leader for middle school and high school students.
Mike Perez
Worship Leader
Mike became Foundation's full-time worship leader in 2014. He and his wife, Christy, have been married since March of 2017. His responsibilities include leading worship and the worship team.
Krista Sedder
Foundation Kids Director / Office Manager
Krista began attending Foundation in January of 2008 and then came on staff full-time in 2013. Her responsibilities include leading Foundation Kids and managing the day-to-day activities/volunteers for the office.
Natalie Hoerr
Bookkeeper
Natalie started attending Foundation in 2011, she came on staff in 2021. She and her husband, Tommy, have 3 amazing children. Her responsibilities include organizing the church finances, budgets, and bank accounts.
